Description of Service

Value to Victory is a private, faith-informed, values-based personal development platform operated by Shawn E. Decker. Our services include the P.I.N.K. assessment (the "Value Engine"), membership content, the 30-90 Day Couple Challenge, coaching, and related tools.

This program is not therapy, counseling, or a clinical diagnostic service. It is a personal development tool designed to promote self-awareness, relational growth, and intentional living. Assessment results reflect behavioral tendencies observed through self-reported responses and are not a substitute for licensed professional guidance.

Couple Plan Transparency

By enrolling in a Couple plan (Value Builder at $79/month or Victory VIP at $497/month), both partners acknowledge and agree that:

• All assessment results — including individual scores, Pillar Strength Maps, and growth area recommendations — will be fully visible to both partners
• This transparency is by design and is the foundation of the program
• This is a voluntary, values-based personal development program
• Both partners must create their own login and consent to shared visibility

Faith-Informed Framework

This program is grounded in the religious beliefs and values of its creator. The relationship assessment tools are designed for male-female couples within this faith-informed context. This is a private program and is not a public clinical or government tool.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account
• Children under 13 may not use this program under any circumstances
• Children ages 13–17 may participate only under a parent or guardian's paid account

Membership and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• Refund requests within the first 30 days of enrollment will be honored in full
• After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion based on usage and circumstances

Limitation of Liability

Value to Victory, Shawn E. Decker, and all associated parties shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on assessment results, recommendations, or program content. This includes but is not limited to relationship decisions, financial decisions, career changes, or health-related actions.

Our tools are designed to provide self-awareness and direction — not professional advice. For clinical, legal, or financial guidance, consult a licensed professional.

Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, frameworks, and materials within the Value to Victory platform are the intellectual property of Shawn E. Decker. The P.I.N.K. framework, Value Engine, and all associated tools may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

User Conduct

By using this platform, you agree not to:

• Use assessment results to harass, manipulate, or harm another person
• Misrepresent the program as a clinical or diagnostic service
• Share your partner's assessment data outside the relationship without their consent
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
